Violation of Internet Server Site's zero SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon receiving notice of an alleged violation of our zero SPAM policy, Internet Server Site's staff will begin an immediate investigation. During the investigation, Internet Server Site may restrict the customers access to our server network to prevent any further SPAM violations. Also you will be liable for any legal or financial damage claims resulting from inappropriate Electronic mailings.

What is spam?
Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:
- Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of the recipient;
- Messages posted to Usenet and message boards that are off-topic (unrelated to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, or posted in excessive volume;

What will happen to my account if I Spam?
Internet Server Site's anti-Spam policy is very easy to understand: If you Spam, you are cancelled. Your account will be deleted, your information may be lost, and you will be ineligible for a new account... Therefore don't even try spamming... also don't try signing up for a new account using a different name.
I want to send email about my web site to all my friends at one time. Will it be Spam?
No, if you have 100 online friends and they all know you, you can email them about your web site. But you can't email "friends of your friends" who don't know you directly.
Is there any legal punishment for spamming according to the Law?
Yes, spamming is illegal and you might be in trouble if you Spam at a higher level.

PLEASE, do not purchase or rent email lists unless you are sure that it's an opt-in email list. Its better to ask us before renting an opt-in email list. Because there are just a few companies who sell real opt-in lists.
